1.2 Platforms: RFCOINS.NET is a public platform on the web for any visitor, its official associated platforms include all platforms that are mentioned or published on the official website footer, including our official page on Discord Discovery, 𝕏, Instagram, and the WhatsApp Support channels.
1.3 Products: Our products include but are not limited to, any coin Trading Services, coaching services, coin services related but not affiliated to EA Sports FC.
1.4 Amendments: RFCOINS.NET reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be updated on our Platforms, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
1.5 Prohibited Activities: Users are prohibited from engaging in any activity that disrupts, compromises, or abuses our services. This includes fraudulent transactions, unauthorized access, or malicious intent.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Payments must be made exclusively through the authorized payment methods provided on our platforms.
2.2 All prices are listed in USD, GBP and EUR Only, and the payment process may include applicable taxes or fees.
2.3 Orders will only be processed upon successful payment confirmation.

3. Delivery

3.1 Orders will be delivered within the timeframe of 20 minutes to 2 hours, barring unforeseen delays.
3.2 Delays caused by external factors (e.g., game platform issues or Customer details errors) are not from responsibility.
3.3 There are 2 delivery methods provided by our Coin service, Comfort Trade (Auto-Delivery) and Auction (Manual Delivery). Check our FAQ section for more details about the delivery methods. 3.4 Coin orders are fulfilled by default via the Comfort Trade delivery method, within the timeframe of 20 minutes to 2 hours, barring unforeseen delays.
3.5 Auction orders are processed based on customers choice, and can require from 1 hour listing up to 12 hours in certain cases, which we will disclose before the delivery.
3.6 All Comfort Trade orders are covered by the 5% EA Tax. While Auction orders are not subject to the EA Tax, only the player price will be covered.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:
• Non-delivery of purchased items/services.
• Technical issues confirmed by RFCOINS.NET support team.
4.2 Refunds are subject to internal review and are applicable exclusively for payments made via Whish Money or "Whish Collect".
4.3 Refunded Payments can be requested on any supported payment provider, and are expected to be issued within 12-48 hours from the request except for Payments that are requested in Cryptocurrency which can face some further delays.

5. Order Fulfillment

5.1 By placing any coin order, you acknowledge that the coins may be sourced from third parties (e.g., suppliers or external partners). Immediate availability of coins may not always be guaranteed, and restocking may be necessary before fulfilling the order.
5.2 If items are temporarily unavailable, customers will be notified promptly, and fulfillment will occur upon restocking.
5.3 Placing an order of any coin that is prohibited to be distributed by the game publisher (e.g., EA Sports FC Ultimate Team coins) does not constitute purchasing coins directly. Instead, you are purchasing a top-up service, where RFCOINS.NET facilitates the fulfillment of your order through third parties trading and ensures the full safety of the transaction.

6. EA Account Security & Warranty

6.1 RFCOINS.NET guarantees the complete safety of your Web App account during the transaction process for comfort trade orders with 24-hour warranty. Auction orders are not covered by this warranty.
6.2 Customers accept that the purchase of in-game currency may violate game publisher policies, therefore there are important safety instructions that are provided after each order which should be followed to ensure the safety and compliance of all transactions. RFCOINS.NET is not liable for bans, restrictions, or penalties imposed by publishers in case any of the safety instructions are not followed.
6.3 In case of account damage within 24 hours from delivery (e.g. market locked on the web app, permanent account ban, account lost), our warranty includes replacing the damaged web app account with a new account of your choice. You can choose the platform of the account. Please note that the remaining coins in a banned account are not covered under the warranty. Instead, we provide a new account with the market unlocked on the web app, including either a reasonable starting team or a starting amount of 100K in coins.
